Di has worked in many accounts’ roles for over 35 years. She started Purple Butterfly Bookkeeping in 2015 and hasn’t looked back since. Di has always enjoyed bookkeeping (she said it). She is a firm believer in building a close working relationship with both her client and their accountant. This enables her to help her clients get the best from their business’s. Away from work, Di likes to spend time with her family and friends, and if she is not at home, she will probably be somewhere in the Lake District, enjoying a pint and the views!

Jess has been with Purple Butterfly Bookkeeping for over 3 years as a Client Manager. She helps our lovely clients, by ensuring that their software is up to date, and reconciled. Away from the office, her favourite thing to do is to travel to London to see musicals on the West End. She also enjoys playing Dungeon and Dragons and attending Comic conventions.

Emma joined Purple butterfly Bookkeeping in March 2023. She is a licensed AAT accountant so can assist in all areas on finance for our clients. She helps our clients as she can offer a different insight into your finances from an accountant’s viewpoint. She is always ready with a smile and is always keen to help. Emma works hard for her family and enjoys holidays and weekends away with her husband. She can be found reading or crafting if she gets any free time –although she is kept very busy with her four children and two great grandchildren, which keep her young at heart!
